Retained by growing group of companies with $1 billion in annual sales to draft a group-wide set of policies that comply with the parent company’s Responsible Care® initiative. Compiled and reviewed individual group companies’ environment, health, safety and security (EHS&S) policies and procedures. Drafted individual policies covering Responsible Care, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management, Process Safety Management, Chemical Safety Management, Product Safety Management, and Quality Assurance.

This project began with my work with one of the group companies on an organizational development plan for their engineering group. As part of the implementation of the plan, I drafted an Environmental Management policy for the group company. This then led to further discussions with the group companies’ director of EHS and this separate project to draft a new set of common Responsible Care® policies for the entire group of companies.
