I have developed process simulation models using the Intelligen, Inc. SuperPro Designer^® software off and on for over 20 years. When I started my own consulting company, I realized that this is a tool that would add value to my work, as clients don’t often have the time or expertise to develop simulation models themselves.

SuperPro Designer^® & SchedulePro^®

The SuperPro software is specifically designed for bioprocess batch process modeling. A companion product, SchedulePro^®, is used to develop model manufacturing schedules and is particularly valuable in optimizing capacity utilization in a multi-product manufacturing plant. My production planning and scheduling experience, combined with the modeling, allows me to assist clients with maximizing the capacity utilization of their existing equipment by identifying bottlenecks and sizing new equipment appropriately.

I have also had formal training in CHEMCAD and used this to model a Cargill corn oil refinery. However, I do not currently use CHEMCAD in my consulting work.
